President, Owner

Meg Dehn started Mega Homes in 1993 and has created an extended team of professional and ethical members that work towards a mutual goal of creating beautiful homes in the Twin Cities. Meg’s passion for what she does shows in the Mega Homes products. She takes the time to research true style architecture, functional space planning and product innovation in an ever changing industry. She understands that the home building industry is complex; organization and clear communication are Meg’s focus on a daily basis. She truly is the Meg behind Mega Homes.

Accounting & Marketing Administrator

Amy joined the Mega Homes team in 1998 bringing substantial customer service experience. She works with our customers and associates toward a main goal of accommodating their needs in a timely and thorough manner. Her personal experience building her own home with Mega Homes allows her to fully understand the customer perspective and excel at what she does.

Project Manager

Ty joined Mega Homes in 2001 as a project manager but started in the business as a member of our framing crew. Growing up in the construction industry, Ty has solid knowledge of what it takes to work with multiple crews to be sure each Mega Home is built within a strict time table, while always keeping the main focus on customer satisfaction. Ty has additional training and experience in construction safety and code requirements and is committed to keeping our customers informed.

Job Superintendent

Jason joined the Mega Homes team as a Job Superintendant in 2004. Having previously owned his own landscaping firm he brought a strong work ethic and knowledge of what it takes to run a business. He uses a creative approach on the jobsite and in product research. He is determined, meticulous and has a “hands-on” mentality, making sure each job is completed ahead of schedule and going above and beyond our customer expectations.

MTD Properties LLP, Partner

Tom is a land developer and, as a partner in developing Nature’s Crossing, he works with the staff on all land related issues including lot drainage, grade, elevations, and tree preservation. This collaboration between builder and developer ensures a neighborhood like no other - full of exquisite custom homes and well-planned open spaces surrounded by Elm Creek Park Reserve.
