We are approaching the one year anniversary on our transaction. This seems like an appropriate time to pass on a few comments, as the house has gone through that important first year of use.
As a Realtor I have been involved in multiple new construction custom home projects, so I have knowledge, experience and an instinct for the building experience. Your customer in this transaction was my daughter, so I had more than the usual Realtor involvement in this particular building experience and have also had the opportunity to closely monitor the quality of the home well beyond the closing date.
