Mega Homes was established by Meg and Tom Dehn.
Their goal has always been to practice the art of home building on a small
and personal scale. As a family business, Mega Homes understands our client's
individual wants and needs. We take the time to listen and respond to your
questions and concerns. Most importantly, we take the steps to see that
your new home exceeds your every expectation.
There is no "I" in Teamwork! Often said, but rarely

ourselves in design innovation, communication and organization during every

112 years of combined experience in the construction industry!
MEG DEHN President, Owner In addition
to managing the business, Meg still strives to stay in touch with our clients.
She will meet initially to design your home and help you maintain your
financial goals. Meg will guide you through your selection process and
is available to meet with you as needed; consequently excellent communication
is her goal. Meg is dedicated to making your building experience a breeze!
TOM DEHN Vice President, Owner & Land
Specialist Tom will meet with you at your home site to discuss placement
of your home in order to take advantage of the natural lay of your land.
Tom's main focus is in land developing through our sister company, MTD
Properties, LLP. Tom believes in perfection!
ROBIN REICHERT Office Manager Robin's
responsibilities include managing our Mega office and staff, coordinating construction schedules and warranty scheduling and follow up. As a recent
Mega Home owner herself, Robin commits herself to assisting you with any questions
you may have during your entire building process. Robin's primary goals
are organization and customer satisfaction!
AMY SCHMIDT Client Support and Marketing
Representative Amy is available to assist you with your design and
selection process. She is responsible for ordering and managing many
products in your new home. Amy also assists in the Mega Design process
of our model homes. Amy strives to keep you informed throughout your
building experience!
TY BRUNN Project Manager Ty will
be at your home regularly and will be available to answer questions you
may have while visiting the site during construction. Ty manages the scheduling
of our sub-contractors as well as ordering construction materials. His
main goal is to coordinate both in order to keep our schedules on track.
He is also responsible for our very regulated warranty procedure. Ty is
determined to keep your home on schedule.
JASON COONRADT Job Superintendent Jason's
main focus is to monitor the jobsites daily in order to confirm that all
homes are built according to their specifications. Jason's experience in
landscape is a great asset to Mega Homes. He is responsible for coordinating
final grades, retaining walls and other landscape needs. Jason's hard work
mentality can't be matched!
DAN JAEGER Sales Consultant, Licensed
Realtor for Mega Homes Dan responds to customers' needs with great
alacrity and insight from a solid background in the commercial buildings
industry. He's experienced in sales, operations, and technical services
and enjoys finding solutions for our customers. Dan will be at our model
homes and will be ready to educate you about Mega Homes!
ANDREW JAEGER Assistant Job Superintendent Andrew has worked as an assistant to our crews for over 5 years. He is currently attending college at Mankato State University and is employed by Mega Homes throughout the summer and during school breaks. Andrew has worked diligently acquiring construction knowledge and puts his experience to work in many areas of the new home process. Andrew's work ethics are top notch!
