Goose Lake Road in Dayton will be closed to through traffic from 109th Avenue to Goose Lake Parkway starting April 7th for road improvements and a trail addition.

Education is KEY! The Mega Homes' Staff in the KNOW!
Meg Dehn attended a 2-day Green Building Seminar presented by the National Association of Home Builders, in Orlando, Florida in December.  This high energy seminar was full of informative ways to begin thinking more ecologically in land planning, home design and product choices as a holistic approach to building new homes. Meg has since initiated a committee of staff members who will continue the research on “Green Building” at Mega Homes.

Ty Brunn, JasonCoonradt and Meg Dehn attended the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida in February. This show was located at the Orange County Convention Center, filling both buildings with innovative building products to view in a hands-on fashion. In addition, the show included 400+ seminars related to better building practices, business management, green building and new product knowledge. We all returned with a rejuvenated outlook to our challenging, yet rewarding industry!
